Discussion:
Qupzilla 1.8.6 and SSL
(too old to reply)

I have noticed that Qupzilla 1.8.6 cannot access any pages protected
with SSL (it says that connection is untrusted or something like this,
my message is in Polish). Qupzilla 1.8.5 has no such problems. I guess
it may be the problem described here:

http://trac.netlabs.org/qt4/ticket/296

Do you know any solution for rpm/yum installations?

Have you the latest openssl installed? yum install openssl IIRC.

When I type "yum install openssl" it says it has nothing to do, because
the most recent version is installed (openssl-1.0.0n-1.oc00.pentium4).
Maybe I should revert to i386 (IIRC) version?

There was a problem with SSL or perhaps the included certificates but I
can't remember the specifics. Perhaps write the porter, Tellie I believe.
The platform itself shouldn't matter as it is just compiler options
