Update to WDSibyl

For all those Pascal/Delphi fans, there has been an update to WDSibyl, the
open source continuation of the commercial product Sibyl from Speedsoft.
This version fixes at least the disappearing mouse pointer when dragging an
GUI element on the form.

Thanks for the "heads up". Sounds like WDSibyl is approaching usability,
certainly looks like it is moving forward.
