Lucide with editable pdf forms

I have tried to use Lucide with editable pdf forms, generally generated with Adobe Acrobat 4.x - 6.x. I don't have problems to fill text box but check boxes and radio buttons are problematic. Lucide did not "see" them. Someone knows if are there any work to correct this issue in future versions?

Check boxes work here and elsewhere. The require that you have symbol
font installed. I use ZapfDingBats, but others will probably work.
